Information supplied through the form

Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Hosting infrastructure can process technical request information such as network addresses, browser information, request paths and timestamps for delivery, security and operations.

The footer contains a link to SureClaim’s Google Maps profile and an optional map. Opening the map loads content from Google and can share technical browser and network information with that service. The map is deferred until you choose to open it.

Links to SureClaim, public agencies, manufacturers and supporting sources open services with their own privacy practices. This website does not use advertising pixels, visitor analytics or a marketing subscription.

Contact SureClaim about a request record, its retention, a correction or a deletion enquiry. Provide enough information to locate the record, such as the contact details used, approximate submission time and this website’s name. Do not send unrelated sensitive documents.
